HUE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hue’s website (www.hueapp.co), mobile application (the “App”), and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Member Principles, and any Additional Terms you accept upon purchasing features or subscriptions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. INTRODUCTION

Summary: This Agreement (and referenced policies) sets out the rules for using Hue. Please note the important dispute-resolution provisions in Section 15.

1. Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Member Principles, Safety Advice, and any Additional Terms you accept when purchasing features.
2. Updates. We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date” and, where required by law, we will notify you in advance. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Disclaimer of User Conduct. Hue is not responsible for—and makes no representations or warranties regarding—the actions, behaviors, communications, or interactions of any user. You acknowledge that all interactions with other users are at your own risk, and you agree to exercise discretion and good judgment at all times.

2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

Summary: Only eligible individuals may register. You must provide accurate, truthful information and maintain one account.

1. Eligibility Requirements. You represent and warrant that you:
   • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
   • Are legally capable of entering a binding contract.
   • Are not barred from using the Services by any law or governmental order.
   • Are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or on any restricted-party list.
2. Registration Obligations. When you register, you must:
   • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
   • Maintain and promptly update your information if it changes.
   • Keep your password and account credentials secure; you are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
   • Not create more than one account or transfer your account to another person.
3. Consequences of Ineligibility. If at any time you cease to meet these eligibility requirements, your authorization to access the Services terminates immediately, and we may suspend or terminate your account.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
